Delivery:
Delivery charges are stated when you place your order, and after the desired postal service is selected. Delivery time period will either be 1 to 2 days within 7 days or 4 to 5 weeks. Delivery charges are based upon your total shipping weight. We deliver to you by Royal Mail from the UK.
We will provide you with a confirmation email advising that your ordered item has been dispatched. Your ordered item will be insured up to;
1) £50.00 for First & Second Class signed for delivery within the UK.
2) "500.00 for Special Delivery signed for "Next Day" within the UK.
3) £1000.00 for Special Delivery signed for "Before 9am" within the UK.
4) Up to "500.00 for Standard parcel delivery within the UK, (actual stated within the shipping options on checkout).
5) Up to "50.00 for International Small package, & up to "500.00 International extra insurance option.
All other insurance values are stated when you selct your mailing preference. Items that are lost in the post will be replaced or full refund provided, subject to item availability and at our discretion.
Returns Policy:
If you are not entirely satisfied with the purchased item, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund. When returning goods the item/s must be in its original and unused condition complete with the original packaging and any original supplied presentation/gift box. Return with a completed returns slip and invoice copy. For your piece of mind and benefit we recommend that you return the item via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service, or equivalent service as this will ensure that there is a proof of delivery and insurance on the goods while in transit.
Please note that we are unable to accept earrings returns if the package seal has been broken due to “Health & Safety” laws unless the goods are returned faulty. This does not in any way affect your statutory rights.
